I have been teaching close to 30 years. Most of that time has been spent in Early Childhood Education. I have a BS in Education from Millersville State College and an MS in Education from Cabrini College. I hold teaching certifications in both Early Childhood Education and Special Education.
Many years ago I worked for the Devereux Foundation and the Owen J. Roberts School District. When my oldest daughter was born I began my journey into Early Childhood Education by opening my own registered home day care facility. I then worked several years for St. Andrew’s Nursery School in Audubon, PA. Before coming to Little Acorns, I worked for Easter Seals in Kulpsville, PA teaching an inclusion model preschool which serviced children with and without IEP’s. My passions and experience are with little people. I continue to learn and gain so much energy and enthusiasm from them.
